Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions. This policy contains further information about how to return a product and receive a refund.
We hope that you are happy with your order. We take considerable care to supply quality products and to also ensure that all our products are accurately described on the Site. We also ensure that your products are securely packaged prior to dispatch. Occasionally, we recognise that an issue may arise. Just let us know and we will put things right again.
Damaged or faulty goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are damaged or faulty so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are sorry if you have received a damaged item and take great care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit. You can find our contact details on the Contact Page.
Please keep the box, packaging materials and the damaged items for inspection. We may also request that you send us some photos of the damaged goods. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have received an incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can find our contact details on the Contact Page.
Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order and obtain a refund (or exchange) up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the products you ordered. Please notify us of your intention to do so by emailing us at shop@sportymagpie.co.uk or using our Contact Page. Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened, in pristine condition and with any retail seals unbroken.
When will I receive my refund?
All refund requests must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, and please quote your order number in any correspondence with us. Refunds will always be issued to your original payment card or payment method. We are not able to return funds to any other payment card. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Please remember that it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Our Returns & Refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
